Note that "administrator" is a bit of a misnomer - the people listed above are simply users that have fewer limitations on what they can do, in order to make it easier for them to edit PhiladelphiaWiki, and to enforce community-agreed policies.
You are expected to make many decisions normally reserved to administrators, including collectively deciding exactly what these policies should be. If in doubt, do what you think is right and leave a note on the discussion page, making sure to write a descriptive edit summary.
On the other hand, if you really do not know how to proceed, don't know how to do something, have a personal conflict which you can't resolve, or need a whole page protected or deleted, you should contact an administrator. Typically the best way to do this is their user talk (discussion) pages. Check recent changes to see who's around - failing that, talk to Douglas Muth. If it's a critical matter and there's nobody there, you could also try the Wikia Chat.
Wikia staff including Dawg, Angela, Mindspillage, Sannse and Jasonr have administrative powers.
